Authorized Pick Up

To keep our records accurate, the Release of Children form is no longer available as an open form. All authorized pick-up information must now be updated during monthly registration.

When registration opens, please review your child’s pick-up details and make any necessary changes at that time. We are unable to accept pick-up updates outside of the monthly registration period.

If someone other than the individuals listed will be picking up your child, parents/guardians must notify the Site Director in advance. This does not replace the requirement to officially update pick-up authorization during monthly registration.

Registration for the upcoming month is open from the 1st through the 15th of the prior month. After the 15th, no changes can be made until the following month’s registration period opens.
