Seesaw Help

For some families you may have been using Seesaw for a few years and for others, you maybe at the beginning of your journey. Below is a Seesaw support link and information that you may find useful.

Home Learning

Students can use the Seesaw Class App and sign in with Home Learning codes with the instructions below:

If students are using tablet or phone devices for home learning, they will need to download the Seesaw Class App onto their device. This is a free app.
If they already have the class app on a home device, they will need to UPDATE the app for home learning codes to work. Student can also access the latest version of Seesaw from any computer at app.seesaw.me
Go to the Seesaw Class app or app.seesaw.me and select ‘I am a student’.
Type in the 12 digit text code or scan the individualised QR code.
If you cannot find your child's personalised login code please email or seesaw your teacher and they will send it to you. Most children brought it home in the last week of school.

Family Links

You are able to view your child's work through the family Seesaw App at anytime. This will also enable you to get important updates from your child's teacher.

This is not the right version for your children to be using though so please do not get confused. Children need to be using the class app.

Notifications

You’re in control of how often you're notified about new information in Seesaw. Here are your options in the Seesaw Family account:

Tap your Profile Icon in the upper left corner.
Tap the Gear Icon.
Choose Account Settings.
Turn email and/or push notifications ON/ONCE A DAY/OFF.

In the last few days at school all children were given a code form that looks like this. You will need this to help you to sign your child into their home learning. If your child has misplaced it, please email your child's teacher. It is easy to send out another one via email or text.
