Kia ora koutou
We now have multiple learning options running through our team, with some children learning at school and some at home.
Children learning at school will be looked after by the teacher they see daily. This teacher will provide a mixture of face to face teaching and some optional Choice Board activities for those children who are in the AM or Pm bubble.
Children learning online will now be looked after in our Kōtuku Ka Rere Online classroom.
Below are some details about this classroom.
Aly Park will be the online kaiako/teacher. There will be other teachers from our Distance Learning Team dropping in as well from time to time.
This online classroom will run 3 zooms each week. Zooms will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:30am.
Zoom links will be posted to the journal Page on these days.
The Online school Seesaw activities over the next few weeks will look a little different from the usual class Seesaw programme. Every weekday, there will be a literacy activities and numeracy activities for you to complete, as well as other activities to support your well-being and creativity.
If you have any queries, please message us on Seesaw and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
We hope you enjoy your learning with us.

Netsafe has created the Online Safety Parent Toolkit to get parents and whānau talking about online safety. As young people spend more time online, it’s important that parents and whānau teach their child to have a safe online experience.
