Question for liaison SENCo: Is the behaviour of some of our more diverse learners masking their innate Gifted abilities?
What can we do to recognise these learners?
Add to our liaison notes and raise for discussion with SENCo
Offer staff Professional Learning opportunities
Monitor students who have come to our attention through observation and teacher assessment
