iPad won't charge or stay charged?
- Make sure the charging block is fully plugged into outlet
- Make sure the charging cable is plugged all the way into the charging block
- Make sure the charging cable is plugged all the way into the iPad
If you've checked all of the above, perform a Hard Reset:
- Press and hold the Power button and the Home buttons at the same time (this is how you take screen shots, too)
- Keep holding until the screen goes black/blank
- Continue holding until the Apple logo appears on the screen
- Once the Apple logo appears, let the iPad start as usual
- Try charging again.
