Have an app that won't load or update?

If you click on an app or "update" button but nothing happens:

  • Delete the app by holding your finger down on the app until the X or "delete" pops up on the screen

  • Go to Self Service, find the app again and Reinstall


If you've tried the above, perform a Hard Reset:

  • Press and hold the Power button and the Home buttons at the same time (this is how you take screen shots, too)

  • Keep holding until the screen goes black/blank

  • Continue holding until the Apple logo appears on the screen

  • Once the Apple logo appears, let the iPad start as usual

  • Try charging again.
