Have an app that won't load or update?
If you click on an app or "update" button but nothing happens:
Delete the app by holding your finger down on the app until the X or "delete" pops up on the screen
Go to Self Service, find the app again and Reinstall
If you've tried the above, perform a Hard Reset:
Press and hold the Power button and the Home buttons at the same time (this is how you take screen shots, too)
Keep holding until the screen goes black/blank
Continue holding until the Apple logo appears on the screen
Once the Apple logo appears, let the iPad start as usual
Try charging again.
