Change in Support

The RSU1 Technology Department is dedicated to providing the technical support you need. In accordance with the RSU1 COVID-19 plan, we are currently providing remote support. In order to do this efficiently, we will be re-routing some requests to staff in specific schools.

All staff and students (6-12) should email helpdesk@rsu1.org with requests. Parents (K-5) should email us at techsupport@rsu1.org. Six of us monitor the helpdesk ticketing system regularly. We will be sure the right person is in touch with you soon. Thank you.
