Welcome to the RSU1 Technology Department, where our goal is to support students and district staff in the fulfillment of our joint educational mission.
The Technology Department work spaces and offices are hosted by Bath Regional Career and Technical Center, on the second floor in rooms 411/412. While there is generally someone on hand between 7:15am and 4:00pm, we may be providing support in classrooms, or other schools. You are welcome to call ahead, or email to schedule a time to meet with us. Specific helpdesk hours are setup for all schools.
All staff are currently out of the office as part of the RSU1 COVID-19 school closure plan. For the fastest support, all staff and students (6-12) should email helpdesk@rsu1.org with requests. Parents (K-5) should email us at techsupport@rsu1.org. Six of us monitor the helpdesk ticketing system regularly. We will be sure the right person is in touch with you soon. For all others, you are welcome to leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
