Chromebook Damage / Issues

If your student has taken their school issued Chromebook home during this school closure period, please treat the Chromebooks with extra care as damages may take a little longer to address than usual. Students (6-12) should still email helpdesk@rsu1.org with requests. Parents (K-5) should email us at techsupport@rsu1.org. Six of us monitor the helpdesk ticketing system regularly. We will be sure the right person is in touch with you soon. Thank you.

Internet at Schools and Around Town

If you are in need of a place to sit in your car and connect to available WIFI, try one of our school parking lots. We have increased the speeds available to our "guest" network throughout the district.

Other options include the parking lot at Patten Free Library. We will add other locations as we learn of them.
