Robyn Priest (an expert in mental health and peer support) and her team are offering FREE parent support through an online ZOOM group. This is for any parents who want to better their own mental health or are concerned about their kids' mental health.
The group runs on Wednesdays from 7:00pm-8:30pm. To join the group, register or get more information HERE
Triple P Parenting is offering their parent support program online. The program helps parents to support positive social, emotional and behavioural outcomes of their children and promote positive relationships.
