Travel to a back from games is a complicated issue.
Essentially follow this: if a bus is provided by the school ... the athlete is expected to go TO and RETURN from the game. Exceptions will need to have the Pre/Post Travel Form signed by parent and coach.
A signed form (by parent) is needed for pre-event if the parent is going to take the athlete to the match. (athlete may not return with team and must return with the parent)
A signed form (by parent) is needed for post-event if the parent is going to take the athlete home (after the athlete traveling to game on bus).
