Revere Community School (RCS) understands that learning is not confined to the school-day classroom nor to school-age students. RCS unites life-long learners with community and partner resources to empower its adult learners and encourage workforce development; financial literacy; health and wellness; community awareness; and civic participation. RCS offers learning opportunities from informational seminars to credit-bearing college courses for Revere and neighboring residents of all ages to contribute to a diverse, interdependent, and changing world.
OUR VISION
Revere Community School (RCS), along with community partners, strives to meet the needs of the resident of Revere and neighboring communities by connecting them to services and resources. We offer resources at a central hub, where the school, the City, and partners from across the community come together to ensure residents seeking support in the city, or with regional partners, will be directed towards as a source of additional information, training, and networking. This hub will also direct its adult learners out to those systems of support and services in the city and outside. To date, over 4000 adults and youth attended our classes and growing.

REGISTRATION
To register please call us at (781) 333-2061 EXT 51424 or come to the main office of the Revere Community School (Located at the back of the Revere High School building through Door 21) from Monday to Thursday from 3:00 to 8:00 PM. ESOL candidate's oral and written skills will be evaluated for appropriate placement. Please plan for 20-30 minutes for the placement test.
CLASSES
WE OFFER BOTH IN-PERSON AND REMOTE/ONLINE CLASSES
Classes meet Monday through Thursday for 10 weeks from 3:30 to 8:00 PM. Classes/Hours are subject to change.
Saturdays in the morning from 10 am to 3:00pm
TUITION
Most classes cost between $70 and $125. Full tuition payment is required at the time of registration and can be paid with a Debit card or credit card online through the Park and Recreation Department website https://www.revererec.org/

PARKING
Parking is available in the main parking lot at Revere High School. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING in school buses parking space.
REFUND POLICY
We reserve the rights to cancel or discontinue classes at our own discretion. If a course is canceled, you have the option to get a refund or register for an alternative class during the same session. No refunds are given after classes have started. If we receive your request to withdraw prior to the start of your first class or after the first day of class, you will receive a refund.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
If Revere Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather and there are no evening programs , there will be no adult classes in the evening. Additional meetings will make up classes postponed in the event of inclement weather, parent conferences, or at the instructor’s request. Weather cancellations will be announced through email, on goggle classroom, on twitter, our web page and on https://www.revererec.org/
SUPPLIES
Some classes require supplies and materials. These supplies/materials are not included in the tuition. Your instructor will discuss supplies and materials during the first class.
NO SMOKING POLICY
There is absolutely no smoking in the school or on school grounds.
VISITORS AND GUESTS
Guests are not permitted to attend classes without the consent of the Manager. In addition, no children or pets are allowed to attend classes.
NON-RESIDENTS
All paying classes are open to non-residents; however, priority is given to Revere residents. HiSET class is only for Revere residents.
CHILDREN
Childcare activities is available for in-person classes to parents attending our classes.
