You can personalize your teacher page to provide your students with access to the tools you frequently use.
Logging In

Upon signing into a district Chromebook, all students will be automatically directed to the Clever login page.

Once at the main portal entry, teachers and students will click the Google button.

Students using iPads will need to open the Clever app. Once there, they can log in using their Google credentials or using Clever badges. To use Clever badges, students will click the Badge button, then hold up their badge until the green success animation appears.

Your Teacher Page allows you to create personalized links to applications and resources you want to use with your students. Students will see your teacher page when they log in to the Clever Portal.

You can customize your Teacher Page by creating categories and adding your favorite resources. An additional feature of the Teacher Page is the ability to create pages for specific groups of students. This will allow you to personalize and customize your students' learning experiences!

The District Page contains applications, links, and resources curated by the district for specific users. Teachers and students will only have access to items that have been made available for them.

To access the district page, click the Pages dropdown on the left hand side of the Enhanced Teacher Portal then choose District Page. Here you will see district resources that have been shared with you.

Substitute Access
Substitute Access
Clever's Substitute Access allows you to securley provide temporary access to your resources on Clever for a sub. You can quickly generate a Sub Badge that allows substitutes to log in and view the resources and Teacher page you have proved them access to. Please note that this is only for short-term subs; long-term subs should be linked to your class in Aeries which will give them full access as a co-teacher to your class in Clever.
