District of Special Education Accountability:

Inclusion of CAA into the California Dashboard Calculations: Students taking the CAA will be included in the 2019 Dashboard. CAA is reported on three performance levels - Level 1, Level 2, Level 3. Students scoring Level 1 will not be included in the accountability results. Students in Levels 2 and 3 will receive the top range scale score of the equivalent SBAC Performance Level. For example, Level 2 on the CAA will receive the top range scale score from SBAC Level 2., and Level 3 on the CAA will receive the top range scale score from SBAC Level 3. (September 2019)
