Plan

Support is delivered consistently and adaptively:
High-quality teaching is adapted within the classroom
Interventions are delivered where appropriate

Impact is regularly reviewed to ensure progress:
Outcomes are evaluated and next steps identified
Plans are adjusted where needed
Parents and pupils are involved in the review process
