Roster Submittal

Procedure:

1. Use the same  CYW Roster Spreadsheet from the 2024-25 season.  Email cincinnatiyouthwrestling@gmail.com if you need the link for your team's spreadsheet.

        NEW CYW TEAMS ONLY: Request a Team Roster Spreadsheet by completing the Request Form.

• You will receive an email within a few days of your request giving you access to your team's  spreadsheet.

2. Enter all of your wrestlers and staff information in your team's spreadsheet.  See instructions below.  

3. Teams must have a preliminary roster prior to their first practice to be covered by insurance.

4. Teams must revise their roster as necessary to be sure all wrestlers are covered by insurance.

5. Teams must have an accurate active roster by December 1st. 

6. After December 1st, the CYW Secretary will send each team an email to  verify their roster.

7. Teams must make all corrections to their roster and verify their roster with the CYW Secretary by December 18th

• The team roster on December 18th is the Final Roster.

Requirements:

1. Rosters require Name, Year of Birth, Gender, and Team Name for every wrestler.

2. Rosters require names for every staff member whether it be a coach, secretary, team coordinator, etc.  

• Only staff members listed on the roster are covered by CYW insurance.  

• Only staff members listed on the roster will be given wristbands at the CYW City Tournament.

Submit Roster Steps

1.  IF YOU ARE NEW CYW TEAM, them request a Team Roster Spreadsheet by completing the Request Form.

2. Enter Your Data  - Wrestlers in the Wrestlers Tab

3. Enter Your Data  - Coaches in the Coaches Tab
