TEAM REQUIREMENTS: To be a member of CYW, each team will be required to:
1. Agree to abide by the CYW Code of Conduct, along with all coaches and parents;
2. Have all coaches complete annual Concussion Training and Lindsay Law Training;
3. Have all coaches and volunteers agree to abide by the CYW Sexual Abuse Prevention Policy.
4. Purchase insurance through CYW for all wrestlers and coaches ($4/wrestler and $5/coach);
5. Pay league fees for each wrestler ($5/wrestler);
6. Maintain copies of signed (by a custodial parent) Amateur Minor Athlete Waiver and Release of Liability Form for each wrestler;
7. Maintain an accurate roster of wrestlers and coaches in the spreadsheet provided to you by CYW. (Preliminary Roster is due by 12/1. Final Roster is due by 12/18.)
Use the same CYW Roster Spreadsheet from 2024-25.
Only new CYW Teams need to submit this google form to request a CYW Roster Spreadsheet.

8. Provide workers (Referee, Timer, Scorer, Brackets, Organizer) for at least one table at the City Tournament. Larger teams will be required to provide more workers in proportion to their number of wrestlers.
COACHES/STAFF/HELPERS REQUIREMENTS: To be a CYW Coach/Staff/Helper/Coordinator, you will be required to:
1. Sign and agree to follow the CYW Code of Conduct by completing the CYW Coaches Registration & Certification Form (See #7 below);
2. Complete Concussion Training (Head Coach Only);
3. Complete annual Lindsay Law Training;
4. Sign and agree to abide by the CYW Sexual Abuse Prevention Policy by completing the CYW Coaches Registration & Certification Form (See #7 below);
5. Be listed on the team's roster on the spreadsheet provided to you by CYW;
