Learning Goal:

Learning Goal: Students explain how the information in their pamphlet can be used to benefit a global audience in order to express their understanding of global citizenship.Students determine how long travel will take between two locations through a variety of travel methods.Students utilize the "details" feature in their search to learn more about traveling between two locations.Students demonstrate their ability to drag a map by exploring an assigned area and identifying a location close to that area to visit.Students apply "street view" and "map view" of an assigned location in order to write a visual description for a travel itinerary.Students express walking directions to certain assigned locations through writing.

Warm-up:

  • Open Booking Brian's Vaca in Classroom & leave as open tab
  • Type in Urban Keyboarding
