With accurate and up-to-date information, individuals can make informed decisions and plan effectively, making it easier to navigate the job market.

Using LMI, you can determine:

• Are there job opportunities in my area, or should I consider relocating for my desired career?

• Does the salary for my dream job meet my financial expectations? If not, am I comfortable with that?

• How long will it take to advance to my desired position in my career, and am I willing to put in the effort required?

• How competitive is my industry? Do I have a backup plan if things don’t go as expected?

• Is pursuing college, university, an apprenticeship, or starting from an entry-level position the best path for me?
