LOAD IN CREDENTIAL PROCESS:
All sponsor/agency/vendor working staff will be given load in wristbands starting Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday during first few days of load in. If you have any issues loading in please contact Kait @ 570-351-1789
All sponsor/agency/vendors must have FESTIVAL WORKING credentials starting Thursday, March 2nd as the site will be on lock down. Load in wrist bands will not be approved.
BULK PACKET CREDENTIAL PICKUP:
If you advanced a working credentials form with our Sponsorship team, credentials will be available for pickup starting on Wednesday March 1st ON-SITE & Thursday March 2nd OFF-SITE.
The person your TEAM designated to pick up these credentials will be the only one allowed to collect them. You must have a photo ID with you to pick up your credential packet. See pickup hours & locations below.

SHOW-DAYS WORKING CREDENTIALS HELP / ASSISTANCE:
On show days, Friday March 3rd - Sunday March 5th, working credential help, pickup, and assistance will be available at the Main Box Office in the “Sponsorship Only” Will Call Lane.

SHOW-DAYS WORKING CREDENTIALS FAQs:
Q: A staff member’s wristband isn’t working at a staff, press, alternate, or main entrance. AKA you get a text like, “help my wristband is scanning red and I’m 10 minutes late to shift 😅”
A:
Step 1: Text Marlena, explain the situation, and that a staff member is on their way because their wristband isn’t working at entrance x. Make sure to include the following info:
Your First Name + Sponsor Name
The staff member you’re sending over’s First & Last Name
The staff member’s cell phone number (you can also make a group chat if that is easier)
Step 2: Even while waiting for Marlena to respond, tell the staff member to start heading to On-Site Sponsorship Will Call at the Main Box Office
Step 3: Sponsor Credentials will get them sorted, and send you a text to confirm when their credential is fixed and they’re on their way in.
Q: Help! Last minute I had a staff member drop out/is not invited back. I found a replacement, and they need creds.
A:
Step 1: Contact Marlena with the full name of the staff member no longer working, and the full name of the new staff member.
Step 2: Tell the staff member to start heading to On-Site Sponsor Will Call at the Main Box Office.
Step 3: Sponsor Credentials will get them sorted, and send you a text to confirm when their credential is fixed and they’re on their way in.
Please note: The old staff member being replaced will have their wristband deactivated
Q: Mine or my team member’s wristband is not scanning into an area, and they have the right credentials for access (like VIP, Artist Area, BOH)

Step 1: Contact your assigned Sponsorship hospitality representative!
Step 2: If you cannot find them, or get no response please reach out to Chelsey @ ________
Q: I am on fest grounds currently, My team member or I need more access than I currently have, (EX: I need to get into VIP for an activation, but I only have a c band)
