Begins: 10:00AM Monday, February 27th 

Ends: 7:00PM, Thursday, March 2nd

• Be sure to enter all truck deliveries on the truck marshaling form prior to arrival to have your trucks escorted in. 

• A member from the brand and/or agency must be on-site to approval placement prior to vendors arriving. We will not place vendors before your approval; plan accordingly. 

• HEQ and golf carts will be available for pick up starting Monday by 5PM at the Quartermaster,  please be patient with Quartermaster team on the timing. 

• If you need to drop containers/trucks only on Sunday, please let us know

Begins: 11:00PM Sunday, March 6th

Ends: 7:00PM Tuesday, March 8th

• Please make sure all areas are cleared of trash or piled neatly into one small area of your activation. 

• Follow the same protocol for truck marshaling as you did for load-in! All arrivals must be scheduled.
