100 Dials a Day
Most agents don’t have a lead problem.
They have a discipline problem.
We built our 100 Day Call Challenge for one reason — to separate the agents who “want it” from the agents who actually work for it.
100 dials a day.
100 days straight.
No fluff. No shortcuts. No excuses.
What happened?
• Agents stopped chasing shiny objects.
• Databases started converting.
• Appointments went up.
• Confidence went up.
• Closings followed.
Because skill doesn’t come from motivation.
It comes from repetition.
At our upcoming speaking event, we’re breaking down:
– The exact structure behind the 100 Day Call Challenge
– The math behind predictable income (and why most agents avoid it)
– How 4 focused hours a day can build a six-figure pipeline
– The systems we use to track calls, appointments, and closings
– Why most agents quit at day 17 and how to push past it
This is not a hype event.
This is for agents who are tired of wondering where their next deal is coming from.
For agents who want structure.
For agents who want accountability.
For agents who want to build a real business instead of hoping for one.
If you’re serious about leveling up your production, your discipline, and your income, you need to be in the room.
The question is simple:
Are you willing to do what most agents won’t do?
Andrew and Ally Burnett are the husband-and-wife team behind the Secure Home Finder Team, serving clients throughout the Coastal Carolinas. As co-owners and team leaders of a 15-agent, 6-staff organization, they have built a client-first real estate experience centered on protection, strategy, and expert guidance.
Andrew Burnett is a driven real estate leader, entrepreneur, and co-owner of the Secure Home Finder Team serving the Coastal Carolinas. Before being licensed, Andrew sold listing leads to agents through cold calling and circle prospecting, mastering lead generation from the ground up. He also served as a district manager for corporate restaurants, managing up to 20 stores at one time, which sharpened his leadership, operational discipline, and accountability standards. Known for his direct, no-frills approach and strong work ethic, Andrew focuses on building systems that create consistency, accountability, and long-term growth for both clients and agents. He believes real estate is about strategy and relationships, not just transactions, and leads with a commitment to protecting his clients’ interests while developing high-performing professionals within his organization.
Ally is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina and brings extensive executive and operational experience to the team. She previously managed revenue for 221 oceanfront short-term rental units, oversaw more than 130 group events annually, and served on the executive team of the largest HOA management company in North America as a Business Development Director. In that role, she actively circle prospected and headhunted board members, developing relationships, identifying leadership talent, and driving organizational growth. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a lifelong entrepreneurial spirit, she blends creativity, structure, and business strategy to drive growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Together, Andrew and Ally also host their real estate podcast, The Buyers Box, where they share insights on market trends, business growth, leadership, and life in the Coastal Carolinas. Talking about real estate is one thing, but they also invest in their own rental portfolio. Together, Andrew and Ally have created more than just a real estate team. They have built a mission-driven organization dedicated to protecting clients, empowering agents, and serving the Coastal Carolina community with integrity and excellence.
