Tom Anderson has been an entrepreneur at heart since he was five years old, always finding ways to create, build, and lead. When he entered the world of real estate, he immediately knew he had found where he belonged.

Blending world-class customer service training from Walt Disney World with a direct, no-nonsense approach, Tom has built a reputation for being both people-first and results-driven. His honesty, energy, and leadership style have helped him achieve growth he never originally set out to pursue but fully embraces today.

Based in Buffalo, New York, and proudly part of Bills Mafia, Tom founded his brokerage just two years ago with eight agents. Today, that number has grown to 60 and continues to climb.
