Katie was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, but after meeting her husband—an Asheville native—at The University of Tennessee, she quickly felt the pull of the South and the mountains she now proudly calls home. Having lived in Western North Carolina for over 20 years, Katie brings a deep appreciation for the area and a genuine connection to the communities she serves.

Katie’s real estate expertise extends far beyond the traditional buying and selling process. Alongside her husband, a general contractor, she has built more than 30 spec and rental properties, giving her a hands-on understanding of construction, investment strategy, and long-term value. For the past six years, she has helped clients navigate their real estate goals across Western North Carolina with confidence, insight, and care.

Outside of real estate, Katie is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She volunteers her time with the Boys & Girls Club of Buncombe County, Eblen Charities, the Henderson

County Education Foundation, and the parent-teacher organization at her son’s school. When she’s not working or volunteering, Katie enjoys staying active at the gym, cheering on her TN Vols, and traveling with her husband and their two boys.
