Holiday Celebrations

Homerooms may use today's Advisory time to have a holiday celebration. Students and teachers can bring in snacks and use the time to share different holiday/winter traditions. Any student-provided snacks must be store bought. A list of possible activities is below but feel free to come up with your own fun activity!

Potential Ideas for Activities:

• Holiday Trivia Game - find a Kahoot or similar type of game to play

• Holiday Movie Quote Challenge - play short clips or read quotes from popular holiday movies and have students guess the movie, character, or finish the quote

• Winter Bingo - Have students fill in bingo cards from a list of winter-themed words/phrases and then play

• Holiday Pictionary or Charades - Use prompts like holiday movies, traditions, winter words, or songs

• Holiday Coloring - print coloring pages related to the winter holiday season and let kids de-stress and unwind with a little coloring
