Amplify Science!  

Amplify is an on-line curriculum, no textbook.

Overview:  With Amplify Science California, students don’t just passively learn about science concepts. Instead, they take on the role of scientists and engineers to actively investigate and figure out real-world phenomena.  They do this through a blend of cohesive and compelling storylines, hands-on investigations, collaborative discussions, literacy-rich activities, and interactive digital tools. 

I put my science credential to good use in my science class using the latest methodologies and best practices.  I use interactive notebooks, videos, hyperdocs, as well as our current science curriculum to craft a rich science experience for my students.  Combined with our wonderful science lab and numerous in class experiments and STEAM activities, my students are excited to learn science.
