Harvest Meals

This year, we had a very successful harvest of meals, we handed out 50 meals. The event starts with preparing the food in the morning and assembling the meal packages. Later that day, the officer team will load up the vans and start delivering the meals to the farmers working. After all the meals are delivered, the teams come back to the school and get to clean and eat before going back to class.

Holiday Stroll

The holiday stroll is a tradition started in 2023 by the officer team at the time. The officers ask for permission from the city hall and then send off invites to businesses to set up lights in the local campground. When the dates come around, they set up their display. The officers also make cookies and hot chocolate to purchase for free will donation. All proceeds go to local fundraisers, including local troops overseas and the food pantry.

Can Drive

The can drive is held right around the Thanksgiving season to gather canned goods for the local food pantry. A flyer is sent home to all of the parents of students k-12 and is asking for donations. Each classroom is provided with a box to put food items in.
