POA 

An FFA POA (Program of Activities) is a strategic plan that helps an FFA (Future Farmers of America) chapter set and achieve its goals for the year. It serves as a roadmap for organizing events, managing resources, and ensuring that chapter activities align with the three divisions of the FFA mission:

1. Growing Leaders – Activities that focus on leadership development, personal growth, and career success 

2. Building Communities – Activities that involve community service and engagement.

3. Strengthening Agriculture – Activities that promote agricultural awareness, education, and advocacy 

The POA helps chapters plan, execute, and evaluate their activities while keeping members engaged and ensuring the chapter fulfills its mission. It also serves as a key document for awards and recognition at the local, state, and national levels.
