$1,000 Real Estate Bonus!!!!!!

RLO needs YOU to help us grow our family and provide more GREAT opportunities to other cosmetologists just like you.

From now until otherwise notified, RLO is offering $1,000 to any employee who finds a GREAT salon location and helps us get a lease signed!!!

All you need to do is:

• Anytime you are driving around, keep an eye out for pretty buildings that are appealing to look at, not too old and buildings that have other GREAT businesses (like Kroger, Marcs, Chipotle, Five Guys, etc)

• Look for a “For Lease” sign and phone number like the one pictured below

• Take a picture of the building, parking lot and the “For Lease” sign and fill out the Real Estate Bonus form linked on this page!

• Keep in mind that the location has to be at least a mile away from any other Great Clips location

• If you find a great site down the street from your current salon, send it our way! We are actively looking for GREAT relocations.

P.S. If you see a competitor of ours (SportClips, SuperCuts, etc) and there is an open space next to them, LET US KNOW! We love taking down our competitors.

**A lease must be signed to receive your $1,000. It may take some time for us to get that lease signed, so be patient, but know your $1,000 is coming!
