Recover Your Username

Here’s How:

• You will need to know the email address associated with your account

• Getting there → Go to www.paychexflex.com

1. Click Forgot Username or Password?

2. Select Username

3. Enter the email address associated with the account

4. For security purposes, verify you are not a robot

5. Click Continue. An email will be sent with the forgotten username

Reset Your Password

Here’s How:

• Getting there → Go to www.paychexflex.com

• Select My Profile on the left side of your screen (don't see it? At the top left, click Menu)

1. Select User

2. In the User section, click Edit

3. Update Password, Security Questions, or Security Level

4. Click Save

It’s important to keep your email and phone number updated for your User Account especially if you choose to get a one time passcode when you log in.

Here’s How:

• Getting there → Go to www.paychexflex.com

• Select My Profile on the left side of your screen. Don't see it? At the top left, click Menu

1. Select User

2. In the User section, click Edit

3. Here you can update your email, phone number, password, security questions or security level

4. Click Save

• To find the option to receive a verification code on your phone, scroll to Security Level
