TJ Stammeyer

TJ graduated from Oelwein High School in 2006 and began her career working in Assisted Living and Memory Care, where she discovered her passion for supporting individuals and families navigating cognitive changes. Over the years, she served as an Administrator, working closely with care teams, residents, and community partners to create supportive and engaging environments.

As her work deepened, TJ shifted her focus more fully into Memory Care, earning her Dementia Practitioner certification and becoming a strong advocate for dementia education and awareness. She has been actively involved in community outreach, offering support to caregivers, participating in local wellness initiatives, and collaborating with healthcare providers to strengthen continuity of care.

In 2025, TJ joined RISE Ltd, where she continues her commitment to person-centered care. Her approach is rooted in empathy, education, and building strong, trusting relationships with the individuals she serves, their families, and the community.

Outside of work, TJ enjoys spending time with her family on the farm and being outside with all her animals.
