The mission of RISE, Ltd.  is to encourage independence through the provision of residential and day program services to enhance the lives of the people we serve.

Our Vision

 RISE Ltd. will facilitate improvement in the quality of life of the people we serve by creating opportunities for independence and participation in all environments of their community.

Our Values

 We value the people we serve.   They may be referred to as clients, participants, individuals receiving services, members, residents, consumers of services, customers, vendors, case managers, guardians, interested family members, friends of the people we serve, representatives of the people we serve.

All people have the right to be treated with dignity and respect.

All people should have access to needed and desired services.

All people should be empowered to exercise informed choice.

All people should have the opportunity to live in the most independent and least restrictive living situation. 

All people have the right to give their opinions in regards to how their services are provided. 

Diversity, inclusivity, and empowering our team members and the people we serve to promote understanding, empathy, and mutual respect.

Our Structure

RISE Ltd. is a private, nonprofit, 501c3 Corporation.  It receives revenue through the receipt of donations, grants, and fees for services.

RISE Ltd. is governed by an at-large voluntary elected Board of Directors who oversee the operations.
