What is  the "My Community" module?

My Community is your pet’s care circle, all in one connected place. You choose who’s part of it and how they can support you and your pet(s).

It’s where you can bring together the people who help care for your pet—whether it’s every day, every so often, or just in case.

Inside this module, you can:

• Invite friends, family, neighbors, or your trusted wider community to become caregivers.

• Send care requests to confirmed caregivers so they can support your pet as needed.

• View and manage who’s in your care circle, and update access any time

Because caring for a pet is personal—but it doesn’t have to be done alone.

How do I create my pet's care community?

Whether it’s your best friend, your go-to dog walker, or the neighbor who proudly claims they'd “die for your cat,” your care community is made up of the people you trust most with your pet(s).

With The Riley Roo Way™, inviting them in and creating your care community is simple:

You’ll start by sending a secure invite to someone you trust to join your pet's care community.  Once they accept the invite and you confirm them, they're officially a member caregiver and can start receiving care requests, updates, and the kind of info that helps them show up and support—just the way you need.

No chaos. No binders. No scrolling up and down 47-text chains. Just real care, made easier—together.

Can I share my pet’s info with family, friends, or caregivers?

Yes—sharing is a big part of what makes The Riley Roo Way™ so special. You can invite anyone you trust into your pet’s care circle - from close family to your neighbor to your best friend to your favorite barista who just gets your pet.

You control:

• Who you invite

• What they can see (like exercise routines, feeding instructions, or care notes)

• When and for how long they have access

Can I remove a caregiver after they become a part of my pet's community?

Yes—you can remove a caregiver at any time. Life changes, roles shift, and sometimes the care circle evolves. You’re always in control of who is a part of your pet's care community. 

To remove a caregiver:

1. Go to My Community - My Caregivers Tab

2. Tap on the caregiver you’d like to remove

3. Select “Revoke Access”

4. Confirm your choice

Once removed, they’ll no longer see your pet’s information or be a part of your pet's care community.

Can I give access to a vet, trainer, or other care providers?

Yes! You can invite any trusted provider—like a vet, trainer, or your groomer—to be part of your pet’s care circle. Whether they’re helping regularly or just need temporary access, you decide what they can see.

You can:

• Send them an invite like any other caregiver

• Control what info is shared (routines, records, notes, etc.)

• Revoke access anytime if things change

Need a quick way to share important details in person? User your pet’s QR code with a quick scan—perfect for emergency contacts, care providers, or those who need fast access to your pet's information without an caregiver account.

Because your care team includes more than just family—and everyone deserves the right info at the right time.
