Green Construction
Green Construction is designed to provide students with technical instruction and practical experience in basic residential and commercial construction. Students master measurement systems, safe use of hand and power tools, calculation and characteristics of building materials, carpentry, framing, electrical wiring, plumbing, renewable energy, and finish work. Green Building and Design components are incorporated throughout the course in order to understand and implement the rapidly increasing demands for environmentally responsible "green" construction codes and building practices.

Advanced Residential Construction P
Advanced Residential Construction is the capstone course of the construction trades, green construction, and careers, with integrated Geometry content. Students master measurement systems, safe use of hand and power tools, calculation and characteristics of materials, carpentry, framing, basic electrical wiring, and site preparation. Coursework is project-based, developing teamwork and project management skills.

Business in the 21st Century
This course is designed to allow students to explore key ideas in business and entrepreneurship in today's highly competitive business environment. Students will be introduced to fundamental business concepts as they relate to creating a business with respect to: identifying business opportunities, goods and services, prime business locations, raising capital , inventory management, supply chain management, problem solving, identifying and utilizing technology-based solution platforms, building internal and external communication skills to successfully build a brand. This is the first course of a two-year sequence designed to align with both the Business and Finance anchor standards and the Business Management Pathway standards . Students will apply a deeper understanding of the applicable Common Core English Language Arts and Integrated Math 1 and 2 concepts and how those concepts apply in careers within the business management environment.

Maximizing Business Profits
This yearlong course is the capstone course of a two-year pathway designed to align with both the Business and Finance anchor standards and the Business Management Pathway standards .It is designed for students to more deeply explore key ideas in marketing and entrepreneurship. Students will focus on: supply chain management, analyzing data to inform decision making, managing the flow of materials and activities in the supply chain from suppliers to customers, effective inventory management practices, market demands, sales, and operations planning.

Intermediate Education
Intermediate Education is a year-long, academically focused concentration course designed to introduce interested college prep sophomore, junior, and senior students, to the theory behind learning and teaching. Students use several texts to provide them with the interdisciplinary background needed in a theory course.

Language of Medicine
This course focuses on the concepts and principles of the structure function and systems of the human body in relation to human growth and development. Students will learn skills necessary for their health care career pathway including: legal and ethical responsibilities, cultural considerations in the health care industry, decision making, accepting personal responsibility and self-management.

Medical Assistant
Medical Assitant P is a capstone year long course designed to prepare students for work in direct patient care. Students will learn and practice skills required for Medical Assistant through core curriculum and simulated clinical exercises, including the ability to prepare patients for examinations, treatments, perform a variety of standard laboratory procedures, assist with minor surgical procedures, and maintain patient health records. As students' progress through the course they will also develop their expository reading and writing skills as identified in the College and Career Readiness Common Core Anchor Standards that are necessary for college and career success.

Sports Medicine I
This concentration course is designed for all students who are interested in the medical field. Students learn the history of medicine, anatomy, physiology about the systems of the body, CPR, vital signs, how to assess injuries and illnesses. They are also trained how to treat patients during a medical emergency and become BLS and first aid certified. They also have an opportunity to receive their CERT certification.
Students attend field trips that align with their desired careers and are able to attend student medical conferences and workshops throughout the year.
In this course they also have the ability to participate in the Patient Care Pathway Intership program. Students will work in the community and are able to use their medical skills in real time.

Sports Medicine II
This capstone course provides entry-level, upgrade and/or preparation for the Sports Medicine profession. Instruction includes the following areas: career opportunities, communication skills, ethical and legal responsibilities, medical terminology, injury recognition and prevention, anatomy and physiology, bio-mechanics, psychology, research, nutrition, tissue response to injury, physical therapy exercises and modalities, professional practice and sports medicine procedures. Students participate in lab activities involving basic life support training, evaluation of injuries, prophylactic modalities and taping,and case study problem solving.

Culinary Arts and Management
Culinary Arts and Management prepares students for gainful employment and/or entry into post-secondary education in the food service industry. Students will develop marketable skills by demonsrating the principles of safety and sanitation, food preparation skills, and teamwork to manage an environment conducive to quality food production and service operations. Laboratory faciliites and experiences, which simulate commercial food production and service operations, offer school-based learning opportunities.

The Advanced Foods Preparation is a CTE Capstone course that provides for the understanding of the physical, chemical and biological characteristics of food. It is an advanced course in the Food Service and Hospitality pathway.

Police systems and culture, and the role of the police limitations imposed on law enforcement in a democratic society in accordance with the U. S. Constitution.

Introduction to Systems Diagnostic, Service & Repair
Introduction to Automotive Systems, Diagnostics, Service, and Repair is designed as a concentration CTE automotive mechanic course that introduces students to automobiles, including a general unit on how cars work, service and repair, shop safety, and an intro to vehicle systems, comprising of brakes, suspension, steering, fuel, ignition, exhaust, emissions, and electrical systems. After completion of this course, students will be prepared to advance to Intermediate Automotive Svstems, Diagnostics, Service, and Repair.

Intermediate System Diagnostics, Service & Repair
Intermediate Automotive Systems, Diagnostics, Service, and Repair is designed as a capstone automotive mechanic course that builds on the introduction course. This course includes service and repair, automotive pathway and careers, shop operations, shop safety, engine repair, brakes, electrical and electronic systems, and beginning engine performance. Units will both introduce new systems and build from previous topics, adding greater detail and focus. After completion of this course, students will be prepared to take Advanced Systems Diagnostics Service, and Repair.
