Ike grad tells elementary students about his life as a drummer

Bennie Rodgers II, class of '03, spent a recent Friday at Dollahan Elementary School talking to students about music. Rodgers attended Musicians Institute in Hollywood after graduating from Ike and auditioned for a spot in Mariah Carey's touring band. He told students about some of the countries he has been to and encouraged them to pursue their dreams.
