Board Room Meeting
On 7/08/2024 there was a board meeting held in the school's board room with a couple of the potential companies, where there was a presentation run-through of this website. There were multiple questions and a walk to our current pump track to discuss ideas. Link to Board room video Video
Designs
7/08/2024
Measurements of the pump track have been sent off to Velosolutions so they can sketch up a couple of designs of our pump track with the space that we have.
26/08/2024
We have received some plans from Velosolutions and chosen what would be the best design for our school. We are now waiting for some sketches of that design so we can use it in proposals.
Pukete Primary School Bike Track Visit
04/09/2024
We were kindly invited to the Pukete Primary Schools Pump Track by the Hamilton City Council so that we could have a look at what facilities they had going on. We met the city council and the Puket Primary School Principle there so that they could give us a tour of their pump track and the bike repair workshop in the container they have there. Going to the school to have a look gave us lots of better ideas that we can take into consideration.
Aquaholics Temporary Rebuild
8/03/2025
The Team From Aquaholics have stepped in with the project to help get the pump track up and running again. The plan is to get a couple of diggers down to the bike track and rebuild a couple of the lines so that the community can still use the bike track up until the full build happens.
Baden from Aquaholics has been a big help to the project by coming out in his own time and working on the pump track, he has also had a couple truck loads of clay delivered so that we can have smother lines to ride over as well as a new hose so that we can have access to water up on the bike track.
Update
25/06/2025
We have been constantly working on the bike track by shaping and forming the track, building drainage and maintaining the track so that the weather won't affect it. Signs around our pump track help prevent people from riding on it.
We have also been in multiple meetings with trusts and people giving feedback on our project. This feedback has helped us with emails and ideas on whom to talk to and how we get in touch with them.

We are hosting a working b on the 16 of july to get our tem build finnished and ready to be used with the school and community
