Build Stage 1

Land Preparation

We are splitting the build-up into stages to help with organisations and costs.

Stage 1 of the build will be getting the land prepped to build the pump track on, This will include Machinary hire, Fencing, Earthworks, and drain laying.

Processes

For the first stage, we will need to flatten the land and build the drainage.

Step 1:

Set up fencing to keep people out of the construction site and temporary drainage, as there is a stream that we can have polluted water running into.

Drainage, for drainage, we can put in either concrete pipes and sumps, or if we were to use plastic pipes, they would need to be at least 100mm sn16 pipe work, capped and have sumps.

Stage 1 Price:

The prices will differ depending on whether different community partners help out to reduce the cost.
