Unbilled Water

Water main leaks  and brakes have altered the street and driveway heights while we still loose 21 - 27% of our water that is not billed.  This unbilled water causes us to pay more on our water bill to cover those losses that have added up to an estimated $42,631,000 over the last 12 years.  This will take 6.7 miles of annual water main replacement compared to our current 1.5-1.8 mile rate; (142 years before we get back to the first mile when our mileage deficit is included).
