Booking information
To start the booking process, you can fill out the booking form here.
If you are unsure about what you would like and where, would like more guidance or simply would like to visit the studio before booking, send us an email at info@revontattoo.com.
We aim to reply to all forms and questions within 3 days. we will either reply with more questions or we will send you a link to our book salon so that you can easily find the right day and time for you and pay your booking fee.
We only tend to make bookings for the next 3 months so as not to fill our calendars too much and in case any personal plans change.
We will only tattoo people over the age of 18.
We try to cater to everyone, however if you have any medical issues that could be affected by the tattoo, please let us know so we can assess the risks. Sometimes we will ask you to get your doctors permission to get tattooed, just to be safe.
If you need any extra help with mobility or have sensory or social issues please let us know in advance so we can better accommodate your needs.
Booking fee:
Once date and time for your appointment has been decided, we will take a non-refundable booking fee of 50-100€ depending on the length of the session. This covers the artists drawing and administration time and makes up a little for loss of earnings if the customer does not show up to their appointment.
The booking fee is taken off the final price of the tattoo, for instance if the booking fee is 100€ and the tattoo is 400€, you will only pay 300€ on the day of the tattoo.
You can move your appointment 2 times with the same booking fee, but will need to pay a new one if the appointment is moved a third time.
Consultations:
Consultations are free and last for around 10-30 minutes.
We will not draw the final piece in the consultation, but will get all of your ideas down and begin the planning phase.
You are welcome to come for a consultation for any reason, its sometimes nice to visit and get a feel of the place if you are nervous.
Most people will pay their deposit at the end of the consultation but it's not required.
Tattoo designs
We usually design the tattoo the night before your appointment, this keeps the idea fresh in our minds so it is easier to tattoo on the day.
If you are nervous about the design, we can send a few days before your appointment so that changes can be made.
Small changes such as colour and placement are easier to make on the day.
We do not fully colour your design in before the tattoo, this process takes hours so we would have to charge a lot more if we did this. If you need your design coloured, please speak to us so we can figure something out.
Tattoos are only designed after a deposit has been paid, this covers some of the cost of our time we spent on the drawing should the customer choose not to come to their appointment.
Allergy tests:
Although reactions to tattoo ink are extremely rare, some people may worry about allergies.
Although not 100% accurate, an allergy test can give you an idea of if you have an allergy to tattoo ink or a colour of tattoo ink.
During the allergy test, we tattoo a small dot of ink around 1mm in diameter in a discreet place on your body. We then wait for 1 month to see how this has healed, using the same aftercare as you would for a tattoo.
If the small test dot/ dots have healed well and not rejected, we can proceed with your tattoo.
Allergy tests start from 100€ for one ink, 10€ for each additional ink. The price also includes instructions on how to look after your tattoo, second skin, and a biotat aftercare cream big enough for you to use for this test and the following tattoo and a 50€ voucher towards your tattoo.
