Kansas Method Training Program and eBook - $60
High volume periodized strength training program for improving SBD performance, as well as supporting hypertrophy. Can be used as a powerbuilding program. More for intermediate to advanced lifters. Program is designed as 3 days per week with elements of SBD every session, but can be adjusted to whatever your schedule allows. The program can be rather intensive, particularly the volume day, with each day devoting work to all 3 of the main lifts as well as some supporting hypertrophy work after. There are 3 blocks that can be 3-6 weeks in length, with optional deloads that can be implemented as well as a peak at the end if desired for testing or to use for meet prep. Also includes additional accessory work and conditioning you perform whenever you can. There is information in the ebook on the multiple ways the program can be adjusted and autoregulated to work for you. Program includes ebook for further explanations, modifications and adjustments.
Double H Program and eBook - $60
Double Progression (rep and weight progressions) Strength and Hypertrophy Program with time efficient elements that are all autoregulated. Designed to at least hit the minimum effective dose for strength and hypertrophy training and anything more that your schedule and resources will allow for. Adjustable and adaptable template that can be set up anywhere from 2-6x/week. Main lifts are focused on SBD development at minimum, with added hypertrophy for supporting muscle groups and other less trained muscle groups as schedule allows. Good for intermediate to advanced lifters with limited training time. Sessions generally 30 minutes to an hour - main lift days can take closer to an hour, other days can be completed in shorter times. Can be run for the period of time where your schedule only allows limited training time, but also can be run several months which is more ideal. Also works well if you enjoy AMRAP style training and can still be a great development program even if you are not time restricted. Program is highly adjustable and adaptable.Â
Barbell Tyro Program and eBook - $50
This program is designed for someone new to barbell training, after an extensive layoff or getting back into training after an injury and rehab where you have not trained normally for a long period of time. Can be run for 2-3 months or longer depending on how long you are making progress. Tyro means beginner, thus the name for this program. The intent of the program is to develop proficiency as well as a good general base with the main barbell lifts: Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Overhead Press, and Rowing. There is also some conditioning work and some additional accessory work to round out general development as your schedule and resources allow. There are elements of linear progressions and double progressions for the progressive loading element.
