If you are limited in your ability to lift due to pain or injury or want to learn to lift and use this as a way to rehab a pain or injury issue, I'm here to help guide and coach you through getting back to where you were and beyond. We will work together to determine where you are at in terms of you current training capacity and background, pain and injury status, goals and direction you want to go to find out our start place to build from.
My coaching service works especially well for you if you'd prefer to rehab with training and especially if you want to rehab where you normally train (i.e. your home gym, regular gym, etc.). We work remotely while I provide you the tools you need to train to rehab in your normal environment.
My coaching involves:
lifting technique troubleshooting and feedback
communication that is as often or limited as you need
multiple metrics to track and assess your overall response to training and the rehab process
custom programming that is unique to you, your situation, your adaptation over time, and your goals delivered through a training app. This is also monitored by me and adjusted or progressed as needed
overall guidance and education provided by me to help foster a greater sense of self efficacy in you so you can take control of your situation and help yourself get better alongside my coaching.
If you only need a consultation to discuss where you're at and how to start and progress on your own, or have questions you would like answered from a rehab professional that is versed in and promotes barbell training for rehab, I also offer 1-time consultations
Pricing:
1-time Rehab Consultation = $150
Rehab consultation and first month of coaching = $250
Rehab coaching = $200/month on a month-to-month basis
