The RI Advanced String Orchestra (ASO) is a select group for gifted and talented students conducted by our music teacher.

The ASO performs advanced music at Award Assemblies, the Music Night Showcase and at the end of year Prize Giving in Parnell Cathedral.

Auditions for ASO are for students working at GRADE 4 & ABOVE. 

ASO students are required to make a full-year commitment and are required to attend the end of year Prize Giving for a performance at the Parnell Cathedral. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Lessons take place during the school day and the cost of tuition is a one-off payment of $100 per annum non-refundable. This is to ensure students are committed for the whole year as mentioned above.

The Cost of Tuition: The equipment Levy of $50 plus $100 per annum, non-refundable.

Level: Preferably Grade 4 and above.

Rehearsal Time: TBA.

Rehearsal Venue: The Music Room.
