Through this training, loss prevention experts provide an overview of strategies and processes used internally at Recipe that can provide information and guidance for how to detect, manage and positively impact fraud within restaurants. This training provides tools, techniques and best practices that can be utilized immediately at the conclusion of this training to positively impact EBITDA.

This course is intended for learners who have a strong foundational knowledge of restaurant financials and reporting such as scorecards and P&L statements. We will explore why storytelling is an influential and integral form of communication while presenting information to various audiences.
