Step 1: Provide NPN#
Provide your team lead your NPN# (NIPR Look Up). (This process can take a few days, refer to Getting Geared Up - Sales Training & Product Training while waiting for licensing & contracting to be complete)

Step 3: Gather Important Items
(Government ID, Beneficiary Information, Voided Check etc)
*If you do not have a "voided" check, go to your online mobile banking app and "sign-up for direct deposit." This should generate a page for you to download (or screenshot) with a voided check that you can upload into the Surancebay.)
MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT TAKING A PHOTO OF YOUR VOIDED CHECK WHILE THE APPLE/IPHONE "LIVE" SETTING IS ON. (This creates a “.heic” video file and will not be recognized when uploaded. Turn "Live" off. If you are not sure how to do this, take a picture then take a screenshot of the picture. The picture MUST be a “.jpg” file.)
Step 4: Purchase E&O insurance.
We recommend purchasing the policy through NAPA option A or B here: NAPA BENEFITS
Step 5: Complete WebCe AML Course
Complete the WebCE, Inc. AML Course. Once complete, go back to the CE & Training tab in SureLC and sync/upload your completed certificate.
Step 6: Find the First & Second Real Financial Contracting Emails "Getting Started with Contracting" and "How to get Contracted."
You must follow the onboarding instructions and get your HCMS login and the link for Surancebay (SureLC).
Step 7: Initiate Contracting
Contracting in NLC for AMERICAN AMICABLE, AMERICO, & MUTUAL OF OMAHA
In Gateway – HCMS, you will be prompted to join NLC (Next Level Contracting); this is where you will request your appointment for American Amicable, Americo, & Mutual of Omaha.
Enter your HCMS credentials to log into NLC and follow the guide to complete your onboarding.
MICHIGAN RESIDENTS ONLY: Please send an email to legacy@realfinancial.com requesting Occidental contracting INSTEAD of American Amicable.
Requesting Contracts with PROSPERITY & ETHOS
For Prosperity, request via your direct upline. If your direct upline is Brittany Hall, email legacy@realfinancial.com. If you need help setting up your invitation codes for your downline, hit "Contact for Support" below. REGARDLESS of your upline, you need to send your Prosperity writing number to legacy@realfinancial.com so it can get added to HCMS.
Ethos will automatically email you an invitation to set up your profile and provide instructions on how to proceed. If you cannot find the email, try to log in to the Ethos x Agents site using the phone number and email you have on file in HCMS.

Contracting in Surancebay (SureLC) for COREBRIDGE FINANCIAL (AIG)
Step 1: Complete the Surancebay AML.
Step 2: Start the contracting requests for Corebridge/AIG
a. Get this carrier request to "BGA status." This allows our corporate office to send the contract to the carrier.
b. It is ok to check LTC riders and other benefits although we do FIXED LIFE
c. Beneficiary is the person if whom you died, you’d like to leave your residuals to
d. No, you are not submitting NEW BUSINESS

f. Once the contract requests goes to "Carrier status" you should start receiving writing numbers, via email, within 10 days.
**Check back to Surancebay 24 hours after submitting contract and make sure none of the carriers say "at producer" if they do. There was a problem on your end**
Step 3: Once you have received your writing numbers for Corebridge Financial (AIG) <Via email>, please go into HCMS and add in those carriers/writing numbers.
To do this complete the following:
Select (+) new carrier request
Select the bullet for "New Carrier"
Select "Missing Carrier / Writing Number"
In the "Missing Carrier & Product Detail" box, hit the "+ add carrier" button
In the dropdown, select the carrier
Type in the writing number and the date you received the email
Hit the "+ add carrier" button again to submit
Contracting in HCMS for AETNA, TRANSAMERICA, GREAT WESTERN, JOHN HANCOCK, & FORESTERS
Complete the following in HCMS:
Select (+) new carrier request
Select the bullet for "New Carrier"
Use the drop down to select the individual carriers.
Please only request these companies REGARDLESS of what is in the drop down.
Check Surancebay/SureLC for Carrier Links - After you have requested Aetna, TransAmerica, Great Western, John Hancock, and Foresters in HCMS, you will get a link sent to your Surancebay account (not an email). Get these carrier contracts to “BGA status”, then wait for your writing numbers to come via email.
Step 8: Check for “Welcome Emails” from the Carriers & Set Up all Carrier Profiles
Be sure to write down and keep your writing numbers all in one place. Save all welcome emails.
If a welcome email has NOT been received within 72 BUSINESS hours, we recommend calling the carriers to see if they have received it. (Carrier phone numbers below)
(All of the carrier requests will stay "at carrier" even after they are processed, and you have received a writing number. The carriers do not report back to Surancebay. You cannot see if you were approved from there.)
You will receive emails from the carriers prompting you to set up your profiles. This will give you access to their quoting tools and applications.
We recommend you bookmark all carrier profiles so you can easily access them.Make sure to create your logins for EACH carrier. Some require you to wait 24hrs to receive access after you've created your logins.
Step 9: Refer to Let’s Make Money!
Sales & Product Training should have been completed while waiting for your contract to come in. As soon as Americo comes in, reach out to your team lead. You are now ready to schedule your Lead & Business Strategy Meeting.
Do NOT buy any leads until you have had this meeting. We do not want you wasting money in the wrong places.
