Re-Immersion Week Schedule

Welcome to Re-Immersion Week! This is a time for you to bond with your cohort and acquire the skills and confidence you will need to start your journey at Inmar. You will gain a wealth of knowledge within the week and be ready to tackle your assignments, thanks to specialized reacHIRE and Inmar trainings. You will also spend time navigating our Aurora community platform and become comfortable using it. Throughout the week you will also become familiar with Inmar as a company, learn about their culture, and meet with your Inmar Manager.

During our re-immersion week, we ask that you:

• Embrace the learning process by completing assignments on time, actively participating in discussions, and keeping an open mind while learning new skills, even when it takes you outside your comfort zone.

• Lean on your strengths and maintain a positive attitude to develop not only your skills, but confidence in yourself.

• Be a positive team player, be inclusive and collaborative with your cohort, applaud your cohort's successes, and be supportive of their struggles.

• Be on time each day (virtually) and set aside devices during the training in order to commit your full attention to the topics.
