The reacHIRE program is a six month journey, during which time you will learn, grow, and add value in your role at Inmar. reacHIRE sets you up for success by implementing strategic touch points with your Program Manager, trainings/skills building, cohort team building, and individual goal setting. Below is a timeline of what you can expect for the duration of the program.
