Inmar Return-to-Work Program

Aurora is reacHIRE's virtual platform which brings your cohort together, provides helpful content, inspiring stories, and implements goal setting. Through Aurora we can provide additional support, knowledge and motivation to enhance and accelerate your career growth. Before onboarding week, you will start to build your Aurora profile and get introduced to your fellow cohort members. Below are some highlights of the platform:

Life Storyline

The life storyline is where you can add the big ups and downs you've faced in your personal and professional life. This is a great exercise that we do at the start of every Aurora program, which helps the participants get to know each other.

My Journey

The My Journey tool plays a critical role in your career development by turning ambition into action. You are able to set, track and visualize your goals across current work projects, personal life and career aspirations. By reinforcing the importance of community, My Journey gives you a way to celebrate individual and team wins in a collaborative and encouraging environment.

Feed

The feed is an area where you can share thoughts, post articles, show photos, ask questions, and give encouragement to others. The feed is only open to you, your PM and your Cohort. When you add new public goals, they will also show up in the feed. When you complete public goals this will also show up on the feed.

Congratulate your teammates' success on the feed by giving them high fives and positive vibes!

Public and Private Goals

When you add a new goal, you now have the option to make the goal public to your guide and team or private (just between you and your guide). Public goals will show up on the feed.

Did you know studies have found that when you share your goals with a friend you are twice as likely to achieve them? Pretty good reason to keep those goals public!

Any goals you have made previously will be private by default but you can always make them public. You also have the option to copy other peoples' goals! Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

My Progress and Progress Tracker

There is a progress tracker above the feed and under MyMap. The progress trackers allow you to see a snapshot of your current goals and of the goals you have met, high fives given and received, info about resources and team meetups.

You can use your gratitude tracker to see how you and your fellow Cohort members have supported each other through Aurora.

Resource Academy

Within Aurora you can access a wealth of valuable resources and content related to returning to work. Examples of this includes our Q&A archive where we have answers for the most commonly asked questions that come up in our programs, and our amazing video series called 'Real Returners, Real Stories' where we have interviewed many former returners and they openly discuss their experiences- including their biggest challenges and advice for success.
