Congratulations! You have now completed a selective, competitive program at a renowned technology company. By this point, you have found your stride and feel confident in your skills and abilities. The conclusion of your Return-to-Work Program is a major milestone in your career re-entry journey. As you conclude the program, you will encounter one of the following scenarios:
Scenario 1 - Your manager would like to convert you to a Full Time Employee.
You become a full-time Inmar employee; reacHIRE will work with your manager to manage your conversion. Inmar HR will then present a formal offer & benefit package to you directly.
Scenario 2 - Your manager wants to extend your current contract.
Your manager finds that you are a valuable member of the team and wants to retain you but does not have a full-time position available for you at the end of 6 months. However, they have obtained approval to extend your contract, meaning that you will remain a reacHIRE employee as you continue your journey at Wayfair. We will continue to stay in touch and support you.
Your extension makes you eligible for reacHIRE’s extended suite of benefits, which will be shared with you if an offer for extension is made.
Scenario 3 - Your contract ends, and you do not secure a new spot at Inmar by the end of the program.
You have completed a meaningful six-month program at Inmar. By this point, you have acquired a new set of skills and are now a much more attractive candidate to potential employers. We would like to stay engaged with you and continue to help you on your journey back to work.
