We would like to send a huge thank you to everyone who participated in our Prairie Gourmet Perogies fundraiser!! Please mark your calendar for Thursday December 16 for delivery at the school - the large Prairie Gourmet freezer truck will be on site (beside the bike racks in the front of the school from 3-5pm) for everyone to pick up their orders - if you CAN NOT make this delivery, please make arrangements to have someone pick up your order!!
The GSTS Parent Association have taken some small encouraging steps in our fundraising for the future south end playground project! Our association with the wonderful help of Grade three teacher Mrs. Vaartstra was able to secure a donation from the 100 Women Who Care in Red Deer. This was a huge boost in our lofty goal for our future play structure! 100 Women Who Care Donation

Bingo volunteers are needed each month for the bingo's Glendale takes on as a fundraiser. Each bingo requires 4 volunteers (which has been reduced from 5 because of player reduction at the bingo hall due to the pandemic.) Volunteers are required to be at the Red Deer Bingo Centre at 4:30pm the day of the bingo (late volunteers can be accommodated with prior knowledge.) Volunteers get a free meal and are usually done around 9:30pm. There are several positions involved but all of the work is very easy and not stressful. Bring good, comfortable shoes and that’s it! If anyone would like any additional information please contact Susie @ saunsk11@hotmail.com
