This I Believe

I believe that if you do good you will receive good, and if you do bad you will receive bad. I believe this because when I treat people with respect and kindness, I receive the same energy back at most times. When doing things you're not supposed to do, it can all catch up to you. Like you might end up having a bad day and everything doesn't go as planned. When you're doing good and doing everything you’re supposed to do everything can just fall in place overtime.

For example, one day at work on a Saturday, it was very busy. I had gotten a cashier position and I had a lot of customers. There was an older woman and she was having difficulties making her payment but I didn't get frustrated and I tried to help her with anything I could. She was an elderly Caucasian lady and she had blonde hair. Even though I wasn't able to help her, she took time out of her day to compliment me to my manager. There are plenty of times when I did something good for someone and received something good back. I've come to this belief because of multiple situations and days when this happened like karma.
